Registrations can only be made in writing (by online registration, post, fax or email) to 6R-Roundtable c/o berliner kompaktkurse - eine seminarreihe der berliner fortbildungen, Dr. Maren Kaepke (hereinafter Event Office).
After your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration including an invoice electronically as soon as possible. However, if you do not receive a confirmation of registration or a cancellation by email within 14 days of registration, you are hereby requested to contact the Event Office in order to clarify your participation in the booked event.
Participation fees are payable in euros and are due for payment 14 days after invoicing. Please transfer your participation fee to the account of the Event Office indicated on the invoice, quoting the invoice number. Participation in the event for only part of the time does not entitle you to a reduce the participation fees. If the payment deadline is exceeded, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears in accordance with §§ 286, 288 BGB (German Civil Code), currently at a rate of 5 or 8 percentage points above the base rate p.a. on the outstanding amount.
If you cancel your registration up to 2 days before the start of the event, we will charge a fee of € 10 net for our processing costs. The remaining participant fees will then be refunded. For the calculation of the listed cancellation deadline, the day of the start of the event will not be included. You are entitled to nominate a suitable substitute participant in your place; this substitute participant must be named in advance to the event office and must provide his/her personal e-mail address for the sending of the login data.
In the event of non-participation by the participant, we will invoice you for the full participation fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing by post, fax or e-mail. Verbal cancellations are invalid.
We reserve the right to cancel for technical or currently unforeseeable reasons. In the event of a cancellation by us, we will attempt to rebook you on another date and/or at another venue, provided you agree to this. Otherwise, the event fee will be fully refunded. In case, that an event is cancelled due to a circumstance for which the Event Office is responsible and an alternative event and/or date is not agreed, the Event Office will refund the fees paid. Further claims are excluded.
This shall not apply in the event of intentional and grossly negligent breaches of duty on the part of the Events Office or intentional and grossly negligent breaches of duty on the part of a legal representative or vicarious agent of the Events Office.
Any terms and conditions of business of the customer to the contrary shall only be effective if they have been confirmed in writing by the Events Agency. The same shall apply to amendments and additions to these GTC. Verbal commitments shall require the written confirmation of the Events Office.
